Registration Process

For students seeking academic credit:

  • Oregon State University (6 undergraduate or 3 graduate credits):
    To register, complete your application via this LINK and select “Apply Now.”

  • University of Primorska (6 ECTS):
    To register, please complete the online Registration Form.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be received in writing via email. A processing fee of 100 EUROs will be charged for cancellations received until 15 May 2026. Refund requests will not be accepted after 15 May 2026. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. Allow up to four weeks for refunds to be processed.
